DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

Effective Date: August 4th, 2026

These Digital Product Terms apply to downloadable and online materials purchased or accessed through KC Leadership Group LLC.

Digital products may include:

  • Workbooks

  • Guides

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Exercises

  • Recordings

  • Videos

  • Courses

  • Digital books

  • Companion resources

  • Other downloadable or online materials

By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you agree to these terms.

Limited Individual License

Your purchase provides you with a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the digital product for your own personal or individual professional-development purposes.

The digital product is licensed, not sold.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property.

Group and Organizational Use

Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, one purchase provides access for one individual.

You may not purchase one copy and distribute it to:

  • A team

  • Department

  • Organization

  • Client group

  • Workshop

  • Class

  • Cohort

  • Membership group

  • Shared drive

Organizations interested in team or group access should contact KC Leadership Group LLC for licensing and pricing information.

Prohibited Uses

Unless KC Leadership Group LLC provides prior written permission, you may not:

  • Share the product with another person

  • Reproduce or distribute copies

  • Upload it to a shared drive

  • Publish it online

  • Resell it

  • Sublicense it

  • Give it away

  • Modify it and represent it as your own

  • Remove ownership or copyright notices

  • Use it to create a competing product

  • Use it to teach, train, coach, or advise others commercially

  • Incorporate substantial portions into your own paid program or materials

Delivery and Access

Digital products may be delivered through:

  • Email

  • A download link

  • A customer account

  • A course platform

  • A third-party digital-delivery service

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address

  • Maintaining access to that email account

  • Downloading and securely storing the product

  • Using compatible software and devices

  • Contacting KC Leadership Group LLC promptly if the product cannot be accessed

Access methods and availability may vary by product.

Final-Sale Policy

Because digital products are made available for immediate access or download, all digital-product purchases are final sale and nonrefundable, except as otherwise required by law.

Contact kim@kcleadershipgroup.com if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase

  • You received the incorrect product

  • A technical issue prevents access after reasonable troubleshooting

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, but legitimate billing and access issues will be reviewed.

Educational and Informational Purpose

Digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes.

They do not constitute individualized:

  • Executive coaching

  • Consulting

  • Therapy

  • Mental-health treatment

  • Medical advice

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

No particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having the internet access, software, equipment, and technical capability required to access and use the digital product.

KC Leadership Group LLC is not responsible for limitations caused by outdated software, incompatible devices, inadequate internet access, or third-party platform interruptions.

Product Updates

KC Leadership Group LLC may revise, replace, or update a digital product.

A purchase does not automatically include every future:

  • Edition

  • Update

  • Companion product

  • Program

  • Feature

  • Resource

unless that access is expressly included in the product description.

Unauthorized Use

KC Leadership Group LLC may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes a digital product has been:

  • Shared

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Resold

  • Published

  • Used in violation of these terms

Intellectual-property and unauthorized-distribution obligations continue after access is terminated.
