A Guide to Reclaim Your Identity, Voice, and Joy.

Full Biography

Kim Cavalcante is an executive coach, leadership advisor, speaker, author, and founder of KC Leadership Group LLC.

She helps leaders see what others miss, understand what may be holding them back, and turn insight into meaningful action. Her work combines strategic perspective, candid conversation, practical tools, and a deep understanding of how people lead and respond under pressure.

Before becoming a coach, Kim spent more than 15 years in leadership, sales, marketing, strategy, and business development roles with Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Medtronic. After stepping away from corporate life to raise her three children, she experienced her own journey of transition, identity, and reinvention.

Today, Kim works with executives, physicians, leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth, change, increased responsibility, and what comes next.

She is also the author of It’s Your Turn! A Guide to Reclaim Your Identity, Voice, and Joy.
